WHAT  OTHERS HAVE SAID ABOUT OUR ROBOTICS TRAINING CLASSES

“The instructors are extremely knowledgeable & very personable. I enjoyed how the lessons built on top of each other  with a simple program & then you begin adding layers of complexity to it.”

Richard

Continuous Improvement Manager

“One of the best things about it is, they have the equipment available to make it a hands-on learning experience. I will definitely recommend it to my co-workers in the automation industry!”

Todd

Software Engineer, 20 years of automation experience

“This is my first class in robotics. It was very informative! I feel a lot more comfortable going into the field and I feel confident I will be able to work on the piece now!”

Ben

Maintenance Manager

“My company is starting to use more and more automation. We’re starting to get into robotics and I needed to learn about how to program the robots. The class was excellent.”

Other Training Classes

Go beyond the basics with additional training.

ROBOT PROGRAMMING 1

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to 6-axis robots. Students learn basic programming and operation using the system’s teach pendant.

ABB ROBOTSTUDIO 1

Learn how to use the ABB RobotStudio software for use with IRC5 controllers. Create a simulation station, import and manipulate tools and objects, develop system simulations to be able to transfer simulated motion paths and targets to run on real robots.

MACHINE VISION

Set-up a machine vision system using Cognex Insight camera, Cognex Easy Builder & Spreadsheet software. Capture images, understand lighting, lenses, image processing, and troubleshoot along with beginning to advanced software applications & tools.

ROBOT PROGRAMMING 2

Expand upon basic programming principles. Move to offline programming, I/O interaction, multitasking, and other advanced techniques.
