MANUAL INFEED
An operator manually loads members in sequenced order on the infeed conveyor. Members are either spliced (if a top or bottom chord) or go directly to the preplate station (if it is a web).

AUTOMATED SPLICER
Splices top and bottom members end-to-end for a maximum length of 20'; the system then automatically feeds the spliced chord through the preplate station.

FLOOR TRUSS PREPLATE
Connector plates are robotically picked and delivered to the press. Once a plate is positioned, the member is indexed to the correct location. The press then embeds the connector plate.

TRUSS ASSEMBLY STATION
Assembly station robots flip and lay out spliced top and bottom chords. The robots then pick and place preplated webs along the length of the truss. No industry standard flipping is required.

FLEXIBLE AUTOMATION
Provides flexibility on production scheduling and optimization
Integrates with leading design file types
Enables dynamic outputs – build most truss designs and sizes
Utilizes connector plates from most manufacturers
